What Tanja brings to the table
Tanja brings over 25 years of financial management experience to Vendep, working across a range of industries before diving into venture capital for the first time. As interim CFO, she handles everything behind the scenes for Vendep’s funds – from capital calls and distributions to management fees, compliance and GP administration. Keeping on top of regulations and reporting requirements is her daily bread, making sure both the firm and its investors are always on solid ground.

Winter swimming, dipping in icy water.
What did you want to be when you were 10?
I wanted to manage a big cash register, really big, not those small ones at shop counter. I did not know then that it would be financial management with computer.

Excel.
