Our approach

We go all in on the teams we believe in

As former founders and operators, we know it takes more than capital. We invest early and bring hands-on support when it matters most.

Backing founders beyond the term sheet

Every company is different, but the challenges are familiar. We help founders navigate the key building blocks of early-stage SaaS: from funding and hiring to scaling GTM.

Business model & strategy

We don’t bring templates or fixed models. But if there’s a need, we’re ready to dig in. From metrics to pricing and strategy, we support founders in shaping SaaS businesses that scale – on their terms.

Funding

When it’s time to raise your next round, we help shape the story, plan the process, and open doors. Our SaaS network runs deep, and our portfolio is a signal VCs trust.

Team development

We support founders in thinking through who to hire, when to hire, and how to scale leadership, especially across the GTM function. It’s about building the team you’ll scale with.

Go-to-market

We help founders navigate new markets and GTM motions with strategic input based on experience and pattern recognition. We’re there to help clarify direction, not to steer the wheel.

I had the pleasure of working with Vendep in my previous company, Leadfeeder. I value how they understand the challenges and mindset of entrepreneurs. That made inviting them to join Cluby an easy and natural decision!

Vendep helped me in raising seed funding, significant public grants and in setting up our quality assurance operation at the early stages of AlphaSense. Really great hands-on investor!

FAQs

Find answers to your questions about our investment strategy and process.

How does the investment process look like?

It usually starts with a pitch deck or a quick chat with someone from our investment team — just enough for us to understand what you’re building and what the funding round looks like.

If it’s a fit, you’ll meet one of us for a deeper dive. From there, if we’re excited, you’ll pitch to the full team so everyone gets to see the potential.

After that, we decide to move forward or follow up with a few focused questions. If things look good, we’ll do a quick customer reference check and go into due diligence and term sheet discussions.

At what stage do you typically invest?

We invest from pre-seed to Series A, but our sweet spot is seed stage. That’s usually when we can be the most helpful too — right as you’re getting serious about go-to-market and scaling.

What kind of founders do you typically invest in?

There’s no single formula, but we tend to back teams that are deeply driven to change how something works, not just build a better version of what already exists. We often see two or more co-founders, a strong mix of product and commercial thinking, and early signs that they care more about finding real product-market fit than chasing short-term growth.

What’s your ticket size?

We typically lead the round with a ticket between €100K and €3M.

Do I have to be located in the Nordics or Baltics to get funded?

Yes – either you’re based in the Nordics or Baltics, or your founding team comes from the region.

Think you’re onto something?

If you’re a B2B SaaS founder from the Nordics or Baltics with early traction and a big vision, send us your deck! We review every pitch ourselves.
