We are currently investing our 80m€ fourth fund in the greatest Nordic and Baltic B2B software founders while our previous investments include over 40 companies with the likes of AlphaSense, Inven, Hostaway and Hopsworks.
We are looking for a brilliant Associate to join our eight-person, close-knit team. While we give you the needed support to learn the ropes here, you're expected to be driven, self-motivated and taking ownership of your role below.

Responsibilities
There's ample amount of work depending on your strong suite, these include:
- Deal flow sourcing
- Deal analysis
- Deal making & management
- For the technically oriented - building internal tooling
Ideal profile
Go-getter. doer, self-starter, internally motivated, hungry, action-oriented, high-agency, force multiplier, owner... There are many buzzwords to describe the kind of person we are looking for, but if you consider yourself a smart team player that doesn't wait around for others to catch up, we'd like to have a chat.
Prior interest in or exposure to the Nordic startup ecosystem is very helpful.
We work as a team on-site at our fresh office in Keilaniemi, Espoo.
