Our strategy is to acquire a shareholding especially in startup companies with business ideas that we believe can be transformed into real innovations. Rather than making a capital investment in the startup, Vendep offers the company the programming resources required for the technical implementation of the business idea, as well as its intellectual capital in business development.

Vendep was established in 2002 and has invested its expertise in over 30 portfolio companies that develop and offer targeted internet and mobile services for both consumers and enterprises. Vendep employs 13 professionals in Finland and the USA, as well as 140 programmers at our software development companies in India.
